In order for any employer to interact with online registration portal, the very first step is to register an online account which will act as the security for the profile information and the details that will be directly provided to the system. Online account requires employer to have email address and mobile phone number. Online account credentials will be known to employer only and no other person should know the password or any part of the credential details so as to enhance security.
This is the ability to register one online account and be able to register more than one employer. This concept will much apply to agent account and authorized personnel account registered for the group of companies with the central administration. Hence with one online account employer can manage and self-service more than one employer registrations.
This will apply to employers registering to WCF for the first time. The registration will be approved and issue certificate of registration from their online profile.
This will apply to employers who had previously registered at WCF Branch and need online self-service. Employer will provide some already registered information at WCF including TIN number, registration number, Date of Commencement, email, mobile phone number and attach TIN Certificate, WCF Registration Certificate in order to be approved by WCF Staff. After approval employer will get self-service and issues WCF certificates from their online profile.

Authorized Personnel Account

Authorized personnel account enables you as an employer to register organization to WCF. If you had already registered your organization to WCF without an online account, you will be able to add it to your account. For employers with more than one organization, with a single authorized personnel account you can register and manage multiple organizations you own. Each organization will maintain it's own list of employees, monthly contributions, monthly payments and any related employee information..

Agent Account

Agent account enables you to register organization to WCF on behalf of other employer(s). If there are already registered organizations to WCF without an online account, with agent account will be able to add them for easily management online. With one agent account, can register multiple organizations from different employers. Each organization will maintain it's own list of employees, monthly contributions, monthly payments and any related employee information..

Service Portal

This is the administration portal after account login. For employers and agents will be able to view contribution related information, print contribution and contribution penalty statements, manage employee information, view monthly payment related information, self assessment for penalties and many more for the organizations registered in their profile.
